When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. ph979 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven payment outlets. Deposits: All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. ph979 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where required by law. In such cases, ph979 may request additional documentation before processing the transaction.

ph979 may, at its discretion, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, referral incentives, and other promotional offers ("Promotions") to eligible Users. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be displayed at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph979 Platform:

The ph979 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph979 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Content thereon.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph979 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities; (c) any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data; (d) any interruptions, errors, or technical failures affecting the Platform; or (e) any actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or other third-party service providers integrated into the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits ph979's liability for death or personal injury caused by ph979's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
